Major nationwide outage on the Telstra 4G Mobile Network that was preventing calls and data for Telstra delivered mobile services, including remaining legacy Vonex services on this network, has been formally restored following resolution of residual impacts late 09/07/2026.
Vonex mobile voice and mobile broadband services via the Optus network, which makes up the majority of Vonex's mobile products, were not impacted and remained fully functional throughout.
