Engineers are continuing to work through rectifying. Some phone services are gradually being restored.

This may take a few hours for all services to come back on line and different services may restore at different sites over that time. No action is required and services will be automatically restored.

Major Mobile Outage

Optus have reported a nationwide outage impacting mobile voice and mobile broadband services for all Optus brands and resellers including Vonex This major outage is being investigated with the highest priority and no workaround is available.
