Carrier field technicians have confirmed that fibres were damaged by a third party. Fibre contractors are currently on site preparing the damaged area for the installation of a new cable. No ETR available. Further updates will be provided in approximately 2 hours.

NBNNBN Fixed Wireless NSW Unplanned Outage
Vonex has become aware of an unplanned outage on the NBN Fixed Wireless network in Northern NSW with impact to services around Coffs Harbour and surrounds stretching out west towards Tamworth, NBN has now restored outage and services in the region have been seen to recover.
