NBN and Mobile Network outage in NSW Northern Rivers, Mid North Coast area & Surrounds as a result of commercial power outages caused by severe weather and significant flooding has now been formally flagged as resolved by NBN and Optus.
Any individual services in these regions still reporting issues should be raised with Vonex support staff to investigate once basic troubleshooting including a powercycle has been performed.
