Vonex IPoE Authentication Platform Impacted - May 2026

Restoration work on Vonex's IPoE authentication platform which was performed during the planned maintenance window Tuesday 02/06/2026 22:00 AEST to Wednesday 03/06/2026 02:00 AEST has been confirmed to address all outstanding items, and as such this issue is now resolved.

A PIR will be distributed early next week following a full review along with outcomes to ensure we do not see similar problems in future.

Vonex NBN network performance has remained stable since changes made during emergency outage on evening 15th May 2026/morning 16th May 2026.

Please raise any speed or performance issue normally with Vonex support teams triage and investigate with respective carrier.
