Restoration work on Vonex's IPoE authentication platform which was performed during the planned maintenance window Tuesday 02/06/2026 22:00 AEST to Wednesday 03/06/2026 02:00 AEST has been confirmed to address all outstanding items, and as such this issue is now resolved.
A PIR will be distributed early next week following a full review along with outcomes to ensure we do not see similar problems in future.
