Restoration work on Vonex's IPoE authentication platform continues to progress. Vonex's engineering team with external consultant have concluded testing of proposed solution to original IPoE authentication fault in lab environment. Infrastructure and software preparations are progressing to deploy validated solution to the live Vonex network next week, specific timeframes for planned maintenance window for deployment will be advised once confirmed.
Where possible Vonex Wholesale can support wholesale clients who may wish to transit impacted services to the functional and separate PPPoE delivery, which is able to provide static IP and visibility of service status as normal.
