Restoration work on Vonex's IPoE authentication platform was performed during planned maintenance window Tuesday 02/06/2026 22:00 AEST to Wednesday 03/06/2026 02:00 AEST and validated IPoE radius has been restored. Service checks have largely completed and service status in connect.2sg.com.au and visp.2sg.com.au for IPoE services should correctly reflect status and IPoE entries and their assigned statics that were not removed via PPPoE conversions should apply.
Please investigate and advise the Vonex Wholesale Support Desk of services that have not recovered or not received expected IP addresses. A number of PPPoE services were found to be connecting via the now disabled interim IPoE solution rather than their expected PPPoE details. Standard troubleshooting and CPE/NBN device powercycle is recommended where possible.
