NBN Vonex - NBN and Mobility - SE QLD Severe Storms 24/11/2025

Severe storms that swept through South East Queensland afternoon 24/11/2025 has caused multiple local power outages with impact to individual NBN services and mobile towers in the region. Carriers and Energex are working to restore power as a priority weather permitting.

Since the last update, 5,508 nbn services have been restored. As at 9:45 on 27/11/2025, 8,256 nbn services across all retail service providers are currently remain impacted, across the following technologies, Fibre to the Node (FTTN), Fibre to the Building (FTTB), Fibre to the Premises (FTTP), Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC), and Fixed Wireless (FW).
