Maintenance
This is a notice for emergency maintenance scheduled for 23rd June.
CUSTOMER IMPACT:
Vonex engineers will take all the necessary steps to ensure no impact on services. However due to the nature of the works involved, please be advised that ALL services hosted in the Sydney Data center could be impacted for short intermittent intervals of time.
MAINTENANCE ACTION:
Vonex engineers were alerted to a failed router in the High Availability Cluster in Sydney Data Centre on 20th June 2020. Engineers will be replacing the failed unit and adding this router to the High Availability Cluster.
DATE/TIME WINDOW:
6 hour window during:
23rd June @ 2100 to 0300 (NEXT DAY) AEST
