AAPT delivered services were impacted by a major nationwide outage within the AAPT/TPG network this evening 10th Feb 2025, this has now been resolved and majorirty of services have recovered. Any services still impacted should complete standard troubleshooting and equipment powercycle prior to raising to Vonex Support. NBN services on the Vonex direct network and via other legacy providers were not impacted and should be treated as normal.
