Severe Weather Event - East Coast NSW - 02/07/2025

Both Optus and NBN have confirmed outages caused by severe weather across the East Coast of NSW that impacted commercial power supply to carrier infrastructure has been resolved and all services should be back online. Any services that have not recovered should be treated as normal faults and raised with Vonex support teams if necessary.
