NBN and Mobile - Severe Weather Conditions in NSW

NBN and Mobile Network is impacted by commercial power outages caused by severe weather and significant flooding in Northern Rivers, Mid North Coast area & Surrounds, NSW. These conditions are likely to delay network and service restoration activities. The recovery efforts will be coordinated by NBN and Optus with guidance from the commercial power providers. Technicians will be dispatched to sites only when it is safe to do so.

NBN and Mobile Outage - Regional Northern QLD 31/07/025 - Restored

NBN and Optus Mobile networks have reported NBN fibre break impacting services in Bayview Heights, Bentley Park, Bungalow, Earlville, Manoora, Manunda, Mooroobool, Mount Sheridan, Westcourt and Woree QLD 4868, 4869, 4870 has been restored and services have recovered. Any faults to Vonex services should be reported as normal.
