Affected services: Mobile Voice and Mobile Data
Affected area: Port Douglas - Daintree, QLD
Cause: Unplanned Equipment failure
Emergency Call Service (000): The impact on calls to Emergency Services is currently under investigation or may vary. Customers may not be able to contact Emergency Services using the Optus mobile network unless they are within coverage of another mobile network provider or are able to call over WiFi.
